Uninstall
- Windows: Add/Remove Programs → Optimetrix Agent, or
msiexec /x optimetrix-agent.msi /qn. - macOS: run the bundled
optimetrix-uninstall.tool, or remove the login item and package receipts. - Linux:
sudo systemctl disable --now optimetrix-agentthen remove the package.
Pause without uninstalling
An administrator can pause collection for a user, team or the whole workspace from the admin console — useful for holidays, sabbaticals or offboarding. Paused users keep their history but generate no new data.
