Every deployment starts with a free two-week pilot so you can see your own data before deciding anything.
What we do
- Deploy the agent to the pilot team's devices (you choose the team).
- Configure your teams, departments and the app-type / category taxonomy.
- Set available working hours so utilization is calculated against a real denominator.
- Hand back your first workforce readout within the first week.
What you do
- Pick a pilot team — ideally one that has already asked for better visibility into its own workload.
- Tell your team what is being collected and why, before rollout (see Administration & security › Data model & privacy).
- Review the readout with the team, not just leadership.
At the end of the two weeks you keep the data and decide whether to expand. Nothing auto-converts.
