It can
- Compare teams and individuals over a period.
- Flag drops in activity, overload and idle capacity.
- Produce daily and weekly summaries for managers.
- Suggest workload rebalancing.
It can't
- See anything the asker can't already see — role-based access is enforced on every answer.
- Change data. It is read-only.
- Read message content, screens or keystrokes — that data does not exist.
