ChatGPT reaches Optimetrix through a connector / custom GPT action pointed at the MCP endpoint.

In ChatGPT (Plus/Team/Enterprise) create a connector or a custom GPT with an action.
Enter the Optimetrix MCP HTTPS URL and the key from support.
Authorise, then start a chat with that connector / GPT enabled.

Ask: "Which team is closest to overload right now, and why?"

Access: the key is scoped. If you want a manager to only see their department, ask support to issue a department-scoped key.
