Charts are only as good as the app-type → category mapping.
Fix it
- Open the uncategorised / low-confidence list — it shows apps and domains not yet mapped, or mapped loosely.
- Add or correct the app type (application name or domain pattern → category).
- Re-run the view. Existing data re-classifies where the mapping is unambiguous.
Naming: category names are set by your organisation and are frequently not in English. If a label is unclear, an admin can rename the category — it updates everywhere.
