Access in Optimetrix is role-based. Configure it before you invite managers.

| Employee | Their own data only. |
| Team lead | Their team, aggregated; individuals within it per your policy. |
| Department head | All teams in the department, aggregated. |
| Admin | Workspace configuration, taxonomy, roles, audit log. |
