- Email / chat / document content
- Webcam, microphone, GPS
Doing it right
- Disclose collection before rollout — what, why, and what is not collected.
- Frame it as process improvement, not individual oversight.
- Give employees access to their own data.
- Check local labour and privacy law; when unsure, over-disclose.
